The portal is created according to a plan, but the plan is not omnipotent: some topics are not included in it, but there is demand for them. This page is a way to directly influence the queue.
Materials, streams and videos go to the open board: a topic has a threshold — an estimate of the research, code, examples and proofreading — and several people can reach it together, after which the result becomes publicly available. A consultation is personal: its price is fixed by the chosen format, and it has no board.
Payment is for the preparation service, not for access: the contribution does not transfer ownership of the material. If the topic turns out to be too difficult, redundant, or not suitable for work, I will inform you and provide a refund according to the refund policy.
